《聖劍傳說 2 SECRET of MANA》（PC / PS4 / PS Vita），是在 1993 年推出的超級任天堂專用遊戲軟體《聖劍傳說 2》的完全重製作品。
採用 3D 畫面和角色語音，遊戲配樂也收錄在菊田裕樹監修下重新編曲。本作的遊戲舞台，是在一個過去以「瑪納之力」繁榮的文明，因為戰爭而消失的世界。主角在機緣巧合之下，取得一把古老的聖劍，於是必須為了保護再度面臨危機的世界而戰。
遊戲畫面雖然脫胎換骨，不過戰鬥時的手感和原始版本相比並沒有太大的變化。因為攻擊力會隨著不揮動武器就會持續累積的計量表變化，所以不斷連按按鈕的力拼式戰法並不管用，讓玩家自然而然就會注意要打帶跑。
看準敵人敏捷的行動，捉緊破綻給牠致命一擊，這種戰鬥很有緊張感，讓人不會感到厭煩，施展威力強悍的蓄力攻擊命中敵人時，那種爽快的感覺可說是無法言諭。
另外還要配合敵人以及場地情況來使用不同武器，或是切換操作角色等等，在戰術上也有很多變化，這點和原始版本也是大致相同。
本作和原始版本一樣，可以在城鎮的旅店，或者是找場地上的「尼基塔（ニキータ）」來進行存檔，但除此之外在移動區域時等等會插入讀取的場面當中，還會進行自動存檔。另外 還有名為「圖鑑」的全新收集要素，能夠自動記錄玩家遇見的角色、打倒的敵人，以及獲得的武器等等資料。進入圖鑑就可以用三百六十度全方向來確認以 3D 模組表現出來的各種要素。
